Lama Dalloul is a DHA-licensed Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist with more than 10 years of clinical experience in the UAE. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon, and is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
At Potentia Specialties, Lama supports patients through a holistic, evidence-based nutrition approach that acknowledges the close connection between nutrition, mental health, and emotional well-being. She works closely with individuals to improve energy levels, mood, focus, and overall health by addressing nutrition habits, lifestyle patterns, and underlying nutritional imbalances.
Lama has extensive experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and has supported patients with conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight challenges, hormonal imbalances, digestive concerns, as well as nutrition care during pregnancy and lactation, and children’s and adolescent nutrition. She also has strong expertise in personalized nutrition planning, micronutrient optimization, and behavior-focused counseling to help patients build sustainable, realistic habits.
Her approach emphasizes education, empowerment, and collaboration, helping patients better understand how food choices can support both physical and mental health. Lama believes that long-term wellness begins with small, consistent changes and that healing truly starts in the kitchen.
